“To Be & In Between”
This is a song Austin(guitar) and I, worked on with a friend. Unfortunately, however, we were never able to continue with the project.
It was a blind attempt, at doing what we hadn’t done in, or with Botfly. Our experimentation with different sounds, including: strings, synthesizers, and different vocal ranges/effects. There is a very noticeable change of emotions in the vocals; a sense of futility and frustration. The guitar structure has a powerful grip, Botfly couldn’t quite match. Enjoy.

Sunday nights’ show was great! Everything went better than expected. Anticipating the next Withdrawal (illegal)invasion to Texas.
“HT MINDCONTROL”
These will sell tonight at The Ten Eleven show. Band quantity is 10: 7 Black; 3 White. These are very limited and most likely will not be reprinted. If you aren’t attending the show, you can buy them from MSI, who’ll have more details soon after. With more delays from the pressing plant, the tapes will not be available. No telling when we’ll have them. SO.. Pre-release CDR copies of ‘Enemies of the World’ will be available with “influential contraband covers” as I’m calling it.
Check out the bands and “Like”
At about New Years a homicide most likely took place at the time we were playing. The next 72hrs would be unreal.
Jocks were beat. Phones were stolen. Moms were harassed. Knives were pulled. Girls were “raped”. Guns were drawn. Police were called. Apartments were crime-scenes. Drunks were choked. Faces were bloodied. Powers were Tripped. Fools were moshed. Balls were small. VM/AVV were Hellish. Drugs were done. Noses were bleeding. 2012 has arrived..
This is the cover for the Unholy Majesty 7” which will be available at the A389 VIII anniversary bash in January and online shortly after.
By this point in time, everyone has heard or heard of Unholy Majesty. If you’ve not, please grab a gun while listening to their debut; kill those around you.

It is with a tight grip in my stomach, that I type this. However, unfortunately, the end has come for the idea - born of abject misery — BOTFLY. The thoughts and emotions, raging in my mind were also those of another. My good friend Henry. Whom, without, I wouldn’t have started this entity. Anyone could start a band but, we knew and have known exactly what BOTFLY has meant, and will always mean. It wasn’t by mistake that we created the infectious, flesh burrowing-idea of sin in sound. Our goal was never to popularize ourselves, which so many have mistaken and done so in our own city. Those people can eat shit and rot beneath the heels of my size 11 ragged Red Wings. The journey began a year and seven months ago. And in that time we accomplished little and learned more of what we were capable of doing and creating. However, that journey has come to an abrupt end and January 19th, 2012 we will play our last show.
Join us one last time at the these shows:
Dec. 31st, The Annex at 1808, Austin, TX
Jan. 8th, The 1011, SATX
Jan. 10th, Cafe Revolucion, SATX
Jan. 19th, The 1011, SATX
